When and where is the next meetup?
We meet on a Friday near the end of every month, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM at Chicken N Pickle, Grand Prairie, TX. Your confirmation email includes the exact address, parking map, and calendar link.
How much does it cost to attend?
Our events are free. From the pickleball and food included. Drinks and additional food will be available for purchase.
I've never played pickleball— should I skip it?
Not at all! We run friendly, beginner-level games. Paddles are provided, and plenty of attendees come just to network courtside.
What should I wear or bring?
Business-casual or workout attire works best. Bring business cards (or a QR code) and a smartphone to scan contact info and submit live deal pitches.
How many people attend, and what’s the mix?
We average 35-50 vetted pros: roughly 40% investors, 15% agents, 25% lenders, and the rest split among contractors, insurance, title, and other vendors.
Is the attendee list really opt-in?
Yes. Every guest checks a consent box at registration. Sponsors receive only those contacts who’ve agreed to share their details—no gray-area scraping.
